Commission Terms

How to request a commission:
DM on Instagram or Twitter for slots, enquiries and further details.
Additional prices for extra details/equipment/character size.
Final price will be confirmed after a discussion of the commission requirements with client (you).
Provide as many reference images and information about your character(s) as you can. A form URL will be provided to flesh out your character.Commission Process*:
Each character will be illustrated in 2 phases, the “Sketch” and the “Final Illustration”.
During the Sketch, a single character sketch will be proposed, you can request 1 round of revision, if any. You may request changes to the outfit details, pose, hair, etc. Once confirmed, the character will proceed to the “Final Illustration” phase.
Upon completing the Final Illustration, no revisions will be allowed apart from minor changes to colours on certain areas.
Additional revisions in each phase will incur $20 per revision*, for all commission types.
Timeline to be agreed after initial discussions. Typically, the Sketch takes 1 week, Final Illustration takes 2-3 weeks.
At the end of the commission, you will receive a jpg. file of your character only for personal use and posts on social media.*Full Art commissions will follow a different process, quotes and revision fee.Payment Terms:
50% payment at the start of commission and 50% payment before delivery of Final Illustration OR, 100% payment at the start of commission.
Final Illustration will be delivered after receiving 100% payment
Invoices will be provided for each commission.
